How I Sell Books

The rather silly way I've found to sell my books.

Hey Revenue Writers,

Writing a book is hard. Publishing is a pain in the neck.

It takes months. Sometimes years. You pour everything into it.

And then nobody, but Aunt Kathy buys.

So you’re told to market it.

Marketing the book turns into marketing yourself.
Building a business.

And before you know it you have a part time job being a dancing monkey on TikTok lighting your books on fire hoping to sell a few.

I’ve done it all. (Well, not TikTok, who do you think I am)

Social media.
YouTube.
Podcast after podcast.

It all works. But it’s exhausting.

I’m a father.
A husband.
A full time nomad.
The CEO of a 30+ book business and a $750k/year company built on the back of my books training insurance adjusters.

It was too much.

I needed a way to market my books that didn’t drain my energy.
Didn’t steal me from my family.
But still gave me enough control to hit bestseller whenever I wanted.

I tested everything.

Amazon Ads.
Giveaways.
Email swaps.
Social media ads.
Podcast interviews.

Only one thing gave me the control to be completely LAZY about book marketing.

Tuesday night I’m walking you through exactly what I do, start to finish, when I want a book to hit bestseller status and sell consistently in less than 15 minutes a week.

It’s how I’ve kept this book at Bestseller for the past 10+ days… on a whim.
