Hey Revenue Writers,

Last week I shared a chapter on the different type of Revenue Writers that benefit most from creating a belief flywheel.

I overwrote it by about 1000 words, crazy, but shifted some of the concepts I talked about there into this next chapter. So you may notice some crossover, thats why.

This chapter is about the different layers of your brand flywheel. As with everything with flywheels it isn’t an exact recipe, it is messy and comes together at different times forming eventually a belief flywheel that makes people choose you.

I hope this makes you think different about a brand, because a brand isn’t colors or a logo.

It is what people remember about you and these 7 things are what I believe have helped me build my brand at IA Path the most.

This is a chapter from my book scheduled for release in December. Revenue Writers get to read it now in its rough draft form months before it goes live on Amazon. I include a sample of it for those who are free subscribers.

Enjoy!

7 Layers of a Brand Flywheel

Creating a memorable brand takes more than shouting your name.

My company, IA Path, taught me this the hard way. What started as a training program turned into a category-defining mentorship model that changed how people got started in adjusting. Along the way, I realized logos don’t make you memorable, layers of the flywheel do.

The seven layers of a brand flywheel are:

  1. Category

  2. Point of View

  3. Language

  4. Frameworks

  5. Products

  6. Projects

  7. Testimonials

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Everything I have learned about building a business comes from my own experience so I realy heavily on me looking back and analyzing what happened. You'll see my company IA Path used extensively as an example in this section and I confirm the theory with other companies.
