Hey Revenue Writers,

I’ve been working hard on getting the Mini Book Flywheel draft completed as I’m about to hand it off to an editor to get my manuscript all marked up.

Now that I’m done with the writing of the manuscript I’ve turned my attention to building the tools you need to make running your Mini Book Business Flywheel easier.

I’m big on writing the book then using the book to repurpose into additional content with AI.

Your book is the thinking part, if you outsource your thinking and original ideas to AI, if you don’t write your unique ideas, stories, and opinions, well your AI assisted writing will sound generic, just like most peoples.

But if you start from a manuscript your wrote, with your own ideas, your own voice captured, thats when AI cooks with fire!

So today I’m releasing two GPT’s that allow you, together, to produce email newsletter drafts in moments.

Notice I say “draft”.

I believe if you start with something it’s much easier to destroy than create. By having AI build the bones of your email newsletter based on your book, your mind can then focus on “oh I just need to fix this 200-500 words here.”

Rather than the massive mental roadblock of a blank page and analysis by paralysis.

Here is how it works.

Step 1: Use the Newsletter Idea Generator

You insert your manuscript and let Chat GPT turn it ito 30 newsletter topic ideas.

Save that in a document for reference marking it off one by one as you use them.

Step 2: Use the Book to Newsletter GPT

Now you head to part 2 of this process, the Book to Newsletter GPT.

Here you insert your topic, upload your manuscript, and it asks you which of the 10 types of email templates you want to use (Based on some content structures I gave it) or you can say “Surprise Me” and it’ll choose.

  • 1. Contrarian
    Challenge a common belief and reframe it.

  • 2. Micro Story
    Tell a short story that teaches a meaningful lesson.

  • 3. Myth
    Expose a myth, share the truth, and back it up with proof.

  • 4. Question Hook
    Start with a provocative question and shift perspective.

  • 5. Past Self
    Use a personal story to teach a transformation.

  • 6. Framework Snapshot
    Break down a single step from your larger framework.

  • 7. Behind the Scenes
    Share what you’re working on and the lesson hidden in it.

  • 8. Reader Question
    Answer a common reader objection or curiosity.

  • 9. Bold Claim
    Make a bold statement, prove it with your own story, and issue a challenge.

  • 10. Round-Up / Recap
    Summarize a few lessons, add reflection, and invite readers to engage.

So check this back of napkin math, thats 300 potential emails or nearly 1 years worth of email based on your book. (if you sent one everyday) 🤯

Subject: Step one of the Flywheel: build belief, not funnels.
Identity compounds trust — tactics don’t.

7. Behind the Scenes
Subject: What I learned rebuilding my brand from scratch.
The breakthrough wasn’t a funnel tweak — it was naming who I really was.

8. Reader Question
Subject: “Do I need a funnel to grow?”
Not if you have a Flywheel — belief outperforms automation every time.

9. Bold Claim
Subject: Funnels are forgettable — brands aren’t.
Your Flywheel is what people remember long after the click.

10. Round-Up / Recap
Subject: What I’ve learned after testing every funnel.
Tactics fade; identity lasts — here’s how to build yours.

They remember your villain.
They remember what you stand for.

Your brand becomes magnetic the moment you stop chasing conversions and start designing conviction.

The truth is, funnels work — but they’re forgettable.
Identity lasts.
