This Is What It Takes to Be Remembered in 2026
Hey Revenue Writers,
Most people think you need to be “great” or “the best” to be remembered.
I’d argue that being the “only” is WAY more valuable.
While you might not be the only “coach” in your industry or the only company of your customers, you can be the ONLY “you”.
See in the age of AI, quality is no longer a defining feature.
Anyone can write a good social media post
Anyone can create a high quality video with Sora
Anyone can code with WeWeb
So what makes someone stand out?
Being radically different and radically human.
In my primary business helping independent insurance adjusters, I talk with many potential customers on the phone.
My team talks with dozens per week, just so people can realize we are human and care.
Many of those people are shocked we are willing to actually answer questions. They haven’t had true customer support from “online companies” in years.
It’s leave a support ticket, reply to an email, hope for a response.
By being human and by being different you can build a healthy business.
Many businesses are worried about “how do I scale to $1 million and beyond” but most of us just are trying to figure out “how to make a living doing what we love.”
The great news is you don’t have to make that much. We can survive on 6 figures which is achievable with a small niche audience of superconsumer fans.
How to Make Yourself Memorable in 2026
I talk about it often but there isn’t magic to business, it is really simple math.
Person + Problem + POV = How You Are Remembered
So if you are wanting to standout you have to change one of those variables.
For example,
Person = Writer
Problem = Doesn’t know how to make $$$ as a writer
POV = self publish a book
If I change that to
POV = write a mini book
I’ve now skipped comparison to other self publishing gurus.
The more you change the less comparison, the more you become memorable.
Let’s go extreme,
Person = insurance executive that wants to write
Problem = doesn’t know how to write a book
POV = Write a Mini Book
Now I’m totally on an island of my own.
It may be a smaller pool of people, but there is literally only one me.
You can do this in your business, play with the Person, Problem, POV and find new sums that will unlock clarity and growth.
You don’t have to come up with something completely new, just a new combination to occupy a new space in your ideal customers minds.
Then be radically human to them. Answer their questions, write your words (don’t let AI do your thinking), and use AI to repurpose YOUR thoughts and words.
That is how you will not only be remembered, but can make you irreplaceable.
